Who runs this site
UX Growth Lab is the business name of Vinney Dawson, a sole proprietor in California. He decides how the information below is used. Questions or requests about your information go to vinney@uxgrowthlab.com.
What you send through the contact form
The form asks for your name, email address and a message. You can also give your store address, the services or needs you picked, a rough budget and an invoice preference. They are used to reply to you and for any project that follows. Resend delivers the note to Vinney’s inbox and emails you a confirmation, and a Cloudflare Turnstile check screens out spam. Your IP address is used to limit repeated sends and is passed to that check.
Buying a service
Checkout runs on Stripe’s own page. Card and bank details go to Stripe and never reach this website. Stripe shares your name, email address, billing address where it asks for one, the store address if you give it, and what you bought, so the work can start. If you pay over time with Affirm or Klarna, that provider handles its own application under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in this browser’s local storage so it’s still there when you come back. It stays on your device until an order goes through, you empty the cart, or you clear your browser data. Stripe’s checkout page and Cloudflare’s spam check may use their own strictly necessary cookies under their own policies.
Hosting and visit counts
Vercel hosts the site. It processes basic request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect pages, and counts visits in aggregate with cookieless analytics that don’t identify you or follow you to other sites. This site doesn’t load advertising trackers, social media widgets or automatically playing media. Booking and LinkedIn links open those services under their own privacy policies.
Tracking across other websites
No third party is allowed to collect information about your activity over time and across other websites through this site. Because nothing tracks you that way, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How long information is kept
Notes stay in Vinney’s email for as long as they’re useful for the conversation or a project that follows. Order, invoice and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. A saved cart stays in your browser until an order goes through or you clear it.
Your choices
Your information is never sold or shared for advertising, and you’re never added to a mailing list. To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent, email vinney@uxgrowthlab.com. Vinney replies within two business days and confirms when it’s done, apart from records the law requires him to keep.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children. It doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects how information you’ve already sent is used, clients with an open project hear about it by email first.
