Accessibility
The standard this site is built to, how it’s checked, and how to report a barrier.

The standard
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Pages work with a keyboard alone, show a visible focus outline, respect reduced-motion settings, stay readable when text is enlarged or spaced, and keep the content readable without JavaScript. The contact form needs JavaScript for its spam check; without it, email vinney@uxgrowthlab.com.
How it’s checked
Every page was last checked on October 9, 2026 with automated accessibility tests (axe) at desktop and phone sizes, plus keyboard and reflow checks. Automated tests don’t catch everything, so barriers reported by visitors are fixed first.
Other services
Checkout runs on Stripe’s page and booking on Cal.com’s, and those companies are responsible for their accessibility. If either gets in your way, send a note or an email, and the purchase or call can be arranged by invoice or email instead.
Report a barrier
If anything on this site is hard to use, email vinney@uxgrowthlab.com with the page and what happened. Vinney replies within two business days and can send anything on the site in another format.
