Start with the decision.
Before adding another section, ask what a person needs to decide.
A useful website helps someone move from uncertainty to a decision. The decision might be small: understand the offer, trust the practice, explore a product. It might be consequential: book an appointment, choose a partner, place an order.
I like to start with that moment. What does this person need to know? What might make them hesitate? What is the clearest, most honest next step?
Those questions give the design a job. They help decide what deserves emphasis, what needs evidence, and what can be left out. The visual work becomes more focused because the underlying decision is clearer.
Good craft still matters. But it matters most when it helps someone understand and act.
