Privacy policy
Last updated July 13, 2026. This notice explains how UX Growth Lab handles information submitted through this site.
Information you choose to provide
When you send a project inquiry, the site collects your name, email address, optional company or team, service interest, budget range, project details, and your consent to receive a reply. If you use an external booking service, that service collects the information shown in its booking flow under its own notice.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential credentials, medical information, payment-card details, or material you are not authorized to share.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand your request, reply, schedule a conversation when useful, prevent abuse, and keep a record of the resulting business conversation. UX Growth Lab does not sell inquiry information.
Information is retained only while it is useful for the inquiry, an active working relationship, legitimate business records, security, or applicable legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed can be deleted or anonymized.
Service providers and analytics
The site relies on hosting, database, email-delivery, booking, anti-abuse, and storage providers to operate. Those services receive the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments. Email-delivery records may include delivery, bounce, open, and link-click events when those features are enabled.
If audience analytics is enabled, the deployed site should display any notice or choice required by the applicable jurisdiction. Infrastructure providers may also create technical logs for reliability and security.
Your choices and contact
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through the contact form. A request may require reasonable verification before a record is disclosed or changed.
Questions about this notice or the handling of an inquiry can also be submitted through the contact form.
